Videos, audio recordings, simulations, and assessments
Methodologies, frameworks, procedures, and teaching models
Website content, text, graphics, images, and logos
Course structures, outlines, and learning systems
2. Permitted Use
Participants and clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use DANESA.co intellectual property solely for:
Personal learning and professional development
Internal reference related to the specific training or service purchased
No ownership rights are transferred under any circumstances.
3. Prohibited Use
Without prior written consent from DANESA.co, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Copying, reproducing, or distributing training materials
Recording training sessions, including online or in-person courses
Publishing, selling, sublicensing, or sharing materials with third parties
Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works
Using content for commercial training, marketing, or competitive purposes
4. Client-Provided Materials
Any materials, data, or documents provided by clients or trainees remain their property. By submitting such materials, the client grants DANESA.co a limited right to use them solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services or training.
5. Third-Party Content
Where third-party materials are used, all intellectual property rights remain with the respective owners. Such content is used under license or lawful permission and may be subject to additional restrictions.
6. Infringement
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of DANESA.co intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in:
Immediate termination of access to training or services
Legal action to protect intellectual property rights
Claims for damages where applicable
7. TrademarksThe name
“DANESA.co”, associated logos, branding elements, and trademarks may not be used without prior written authorization.
8. Duration
Intellectual property rights and usage restrictions apply during and after the completion of any training or service engagement, without limitation in time, unless otherwise stated in writing.
9. Policy Updates
DANESA.co reserves the right to update this Intellectual Property Rights Policy as required by law or business operations. The latest version will be available on the company website.
