DANESA.co shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

1. Definition of Force Majeure

A Force Majeure Event includes, but is not limited to:
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, or extreme weather
  • War, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or sanctions
  • Epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, or government-imposed restrictions
  • Acts or regulations of governments, authorities, or regulatory bodies
  • Strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, or industrial action not limited to DANESA.co
  • Power outages, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, or IT system disruptions
  • Transportation disruptions, port closures, or travel restrictions


2. Effect on Obligations

During the continuation of a Force Majeure Event, DANESA.co’s affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event. Time for performance shall be extended accordingly without penalty.

3. Notification

DANESA.co will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients or participants of the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event and its anticipated impact on training delivery or services.

4. Mitigation

DANESA.co shall use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure Event, including rescheduling, alternative delivery methods, or other practical solutions where feasible.

5. Termination

If a Force Majeure Event continues for a prolonged period making performance impracticable, either party may terminate the affected service or training arrangement without liability, subject to any applicable refund or rescheduling policy.6.
