This policy defines how confidential information is handled, protected, and restricted in order to safeguard the interests of our clients, trainees, partners, and instructors.

Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:
  • Client, trainee, and company data
  • Course materials, manuals, presentations, and training content
  • Operational, technical, commercial, and managerial information
  • Vessel-specific data, reports, procedures, and case studies
  • Business plans, pricing, agreements, and internal communications
Confidential information may be written, electronic, visual, or verbal.

3. Scope of Application

This policy applies to:
  • Trainees and course participants
  • Clients and service recipients
  • Instructors, consultants, and assessors
  • Employees, contractors, and collaborators
All parties are required to comply with this policy during and after their engagement with DANESA.co.

4. Use of Confidential Information

Confidential information shall be used only for the purpose for which it was disclosed, including:
  • Delivery and participation in training programs
  • Provision of professional shipping services

Confidentiality obligations remain in force during and after the completion of training or services, without time limitation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Breach of Confidentiality

Any breach or suspected breach of confidentiality must be reported immediately to DANESA.co. The company reserves the right to take appropriate corrective and legal actions where necessary.

10. Exclusions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:
  • Is already publicly available through lawful means
  • Was lawfully obtained from a third party without restriction
  • Is independently developed without use of confidential information


11. Policy Amendments

DANESA.co reserves the right to amend this Confidentiality Policy to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. The current version will always be published on the company website.
